Baked Potato Soup Mix is thick and creamy and taste like you made it from scratch! Everyone loves a delicious potato soup and you can add your favorite additions, sour cream, bacon bits, green chiles, cheddar cheese, etc.

Directions:
1 Package of Baked Potato Soup Mix                                                                                 
4 cups water,
2 cups milk
2 medium size potatoes, diced OR Butternut Squash OR Sweet Potatoes
Boil diced potatoes in 4 cups water for 15 minutes
Add milk and whisk soup mix into the potatoes
Bring to boil again, stirring often
Reduce Heat and simmer for 10 minutes1 Package of Baked Potato Soup Mix Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, cheddar cheese, butter, or sour cream. Spice it Up with Green Chiles or Jalapenos. Garnish with grated cheese & bacon bits Yield: About 8, one cup servings.
