Dry Rub: Rub both sides of the steak with a generous amount of rub. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or longer. The longer is marinates, the greater intensity of flavor.

For a more passionate flavor, combine 2 Tbsp. of Steakhouse Rub with 1/4 cu light soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire, mix together ( optional 2 Tbsp. oil) combine in baggie, mix well and add steak to baggie,  coat steak and let set in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours.

For More Flavor: Remove steaks from baggie and coat both sides of the steak with a generous amount of rub and allow it sit for 20 minutes. Place steak on the grill, smoker or broil to the desired temperature . Enjoy

Marinade: 2 Tbsp. Steakhouse Steak Rub, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Lite, and 1/4 cup Beer or Wine, or Coffee, etc., Mix together and pour of both sides of beef.
