Directions:
6+ cups Water
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (14.5 oz.) hominy, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) corn, drained (or use 2 cups frozen or fresh corn)
1 can (15 to16 oz.) of your favorite beans, drained

Brown ground beef and drain. Add soup mix, and remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil, then simmer for one hour. Add more water if desired.
Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
