White Chicken Chili Soup Mix - Classic Recipe with a Twist   Serves 10

Directions:
1 package of White Chicken Chili
6+ cups water
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
2 cans (15 oz.) White Beans
2 cans (10 oz.) chicken or 3 cups cooked chicken

Whisk together water, soup mix and all ingredients, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is done.

Options: Fresh diced jalapenos, shredded jack cheese and chopped cilantro.
